Job summary

PMV Pharmaceuticals in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Oncology Medical Science Liaison to serve as a field-based extension of Medical Affairs. You will build credible, peer-to-peer relationships with investigators and thought leaders, delivering scientific education about a TP53 Y220C-mutant program and other precision oncology initiatives.

The role requires deep oncology knowledge, ability to communicate complex data clearly, and a willingness to travel up to 60% for meetings, sites, and congress

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree strongly preferred (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, or DNP).
• Minimum 3 years of oncology MSL experience and ability to work independently in the field.
• Minimum 5 years of combined clinical, research, or industry experience in oncology.
• Experience in gynecologic oncology and additional experience in breast, lung, or other solid tumors.
• Established scientific relationships across academic and community oncology settings.
• Experience with precision oncology, molecular testing, biomarker-driven development, or launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Scientific exchange with oncology clinicians, investigators, pathologists, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory medical plan aligned with strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Identify and maintain scientific relationships with external experts.
• Document medical interactions per company processes and quality expectations.
• Support advisory boards, education programs, and Investigator-Supported Trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scientific launch readiness insights.
• Review materials for accuracy and substantiation per review processes.
