We're currently seeking a highly motivated Field/Office Engineer located in Denver, CO.

Overview

Performs field coordination with emphasis on construction design conformance, including coordination with the DEN Quality Assurance team for validation of the General Contractor's Quality Control Plan. The Office Engineer responsibilities include inspection of design quality standards, materials, equipment, processes, and products.

Required Education

• High School Diploma

Required Qualifications

To qualify, candidates must possess:

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry or a similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field coordination work at Denver International Airport, including review of construction plans and designs for conformance.
• Develop and implement quality standards and quality control systems.
• Assist with QA inspections.
• Review codes, specifications, processes, and DEN standards.
• Review QA inspector daily reports.
• Review and monitor Contractor CCD permits.
• Assist with permit closeout coordination with Contractor and AHJ.
• Perform daily/weekly inspections of BIM 360 Field Issues and ensure their completion and conformance.
• Perform daily/weekly inspections of AOR/EOR conformance issues and ensure their completion.
• Monitor specification closeout deliverables such as O&M, Submittals, and Attic Stock.

Salary

• $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually

Bonus Pay

A bonus may be granted based on individual performance, utilization, attendance, tenure, and other corporate goals, at management's discretion.
