Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor

Position Overview

This is a full-time, night-shift position based in Marshall, Wetzel, and Marion Counties, West Virginia. The role involves monitoring operations, responding to emergency requests, and reporting incidents.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow daily shift instructions from the on-call supervisor
• Respond promptly to emergency observation and maintenance requests
• Physically observe daily operations and monitor digital communication threads for water transfer, hauling, traffic control, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Report spills, accidents, injuries, incidents, and operational concerns immediately
• Deliver daily written shift summaries

Schedule

• Night shift only (6 pm to 6 am), 7 days per week including weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits

• $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
• Paid vacation and holidays
