Job Overview

JENNMAR Services is seeking a Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor for the Marshall, Wetzel, and Marion Counties in West Virginia. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

1. Follow daily shift instructions from the on-call Supervisor.
2. Respond promptly to emergency observation and maintenance requests.
3. Observe daily operations and monitor digital communication threads related to water transfer, water hauling, sand hauling, traffic control, troubleshooting contractor-owned water equipment, gathering pumps, centralized water facilities, booster pumps, and water withdrawals.
4. Report all spills, accidents, injuries, incidents, and operational concerns immediately.
5. Deliver written shift summary notes daily.

Schedule

Night shift only (6 pm to 6 am), 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
