Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NJ RN license.
• 3 years supervisory experience in home care.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience with ventilators, tracheostomy, and GT feeds preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate extensive nursing knowledge for student learning and field practice.
• Communicate complex medical concepts clearly to students and patients.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and caregivers to support learning.
• Supervise field nurses and HHAs on independent cases.
• Coordinate with the training team to place new hires.
• Ensure safe patient care by collaborating with families, clinicians, and the home care team.
