Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey required.
• Experience in nursing education or clinical instruction preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in home care.
• Ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tube experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive nursing knowledge to support student learning.
• Communicate complex medical concepts clearly to students and clients.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and caregivers.
• Supervise field nurses and HHAs on independent cases.
• Coordinate training placements with the team.
• Ensure safe patient care through collaboration with families and clinicians.
• Engage with home care team to support patient care.
