Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Toms River is seeking an experienced Part-Time Registered Nurse to support our clients in the home setting. You will perform initial assessments, develop Plans of Care, and supervise caregivers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

This RN role emphasizes collaboration with families and healthcare partners, adherence to New Jersey regulations, and accurate documentation. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available in a supportive, expanding agency.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Strong patient assessment and care planning skills.
• Knowledge of state healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in caregiver training, coaching, or supervision is a plus.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Part-Time RN plays a key clinical leadership role in supporting our clients through assessments, care planning, supervisory visits, and skilled nursing services as needed. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $35–$40/hour (based on experience)
