Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Field Networking Professional to support our energy operations in Ohio. You will install, maintain, and upgrade networking equipment at remote pad sites, with significant onsite work and hands-on networking responsibilities. The position is contract-to-hire, initially about six months.

Expect travel within a 1.5–2 hour radius of St. Clairsville, OH, coordinating outages with operations and delivering IT-focused field support for oil and gas software connecting to OT

Qualifications

• Strong networking experience required.
• Experience in field networking at multiple sites.
• Ability to travel regularly within 1.5–2 hour radius of St. Clairsville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation and maintenance of networking equipment at remote field sites.
• Execute equipment replacement projects across numerous field locations.
• Provide IT-focused field support addressing networking challenges to ensure uptime.
• Coordinate with operations teams to schedule outages and manage deployments.
• Assist field staff with oil and gas software connecting to OT devices.
