Job summary

PROtect LLC seeks an experienced NDT technician to conduct inspections on vessels, piping and tanks at ethanol facilities across the United States. The role follows a 3 weeks on, 1 week off rotation, with travel across the Midwest region and on-site field work.

You will perform a range of non-destructive tests, interpret results, load and calibrate equipment, and ensure thorough documentation and reporting. A valid driver’s license and API certifications are required.

Qualifications

• NDT knowledge and hands-on testing experience.
• Knowledge of API 510/570/653 and related NDT standards.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-destructive testing on vessels, piping and tanks.
• Apply NDT methods including magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, leak testing and visual inspections.
• Operate and calibrate NDT equipment; identify defects.
• Complete work orders and reports within required timeframes.
