This field-based Lease Operator (Multi-Skill Operator) role supports safe, efficient oil and gas production, requires strong mechanical aptitude, and welcomes diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Current/valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of mechanical maintenance, equipment operation, or inspection experience.
• Able to meet the physical demands and work environment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field operations across Wells and facilities in the Midland, TX area, monitoring equipment and production performance for safe, reliable flow.
• Inspect tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and pipelines to identify leaks or issues.
• Gauge tanks to measure crude oil and water levels for safe transfers.
• Operate and troubleshoot compressors, gas lift wells, sand traps, and flowback equipment.
• Maintain chemical injection rates and execute well start-up/shut-in procedures.
• Enter and validate production data in digital systems to support reporting and decision-making.
• Participate in facility walk-throughs, safety reviews, and regulatory documentation.
• Update piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) and site security documentation.
• Respond to alarms and fulfill on-call duties to minimize downtime.
• Apply safety, environmental, and company policies to protect personnel and assets.
