Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison focused on Neurodegeneration within the United States. The role is field-based, engaging in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with regional and national Thought Leaders and HCPs to translate science into patient care.

The MSL will support educational discussions, pre-launch activities, and lifecycle management while working across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with disease area or broad medical background.
• Experience in scientific/clinical research environment; field medical experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of TL environment and needs; strong neurology experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with academic and community Thought Leaders in neurology.
• Engage in scientific dialogue to inform medical plans and launches.
• Provide medical support and real-time responses to HCP questions (Medical on Call).
• Support CRO studies and site feasibilities; liaise with investigators.
• Document annual goals and leverage digital tools to enhance medical engagement.
• Lead evidence readouts with investigators and contribute to RWE discussions.
