Job summary

SunVena is seeking a highly motivated MPU Battery Technician to join the Service team. You will report to the Service Manager and assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance of MPU systems and battery storage units in the field.

The role involves traveling to customers' homes or businesses to install, test, and instruct on proper use of equipment, with emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical and mechanical abilities.
• Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MPU systems.
• Assist in commissioning battery storage and monitoring systems during installations.
• Install MPU units, battery modules, inverters, and monitoring equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair battery inverters and related components.
• Perform electrical wiring (AC and DC) and voltage testing with PPE.
• Ensure tasks comply with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
