• Source leads for mortgage home loans.
• Meet with prospective borrowers to obtain loan applications and explain the process and available programs.
• Analyze borrowers' financial status by collecting required paperwork for loan submission and notifying about credit reports.
• Submit applications and confer with underwriters to resolve loan concerns.
• Advise borrowers on underwriting decisions and ensure conditions are met.
• Coordinate loan closing, escrow signing, and ordering of loan documents.
