Eetdbuyersguide is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead field mobility technology initiatives across utility operations. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, regulatory compliance, and safe, efficient field work.

Hybrid work with on-site requirements in Allentown, PA and other office locations. You will coordinate SAFe agile teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive changes for frontline crews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• 7+ years leading technology delivery projects in regulated environments.
• Experience with mobile workforce deployments and field technology.
• Strong communication bridging IT and field operations.
• Experience in SAFe Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of field mobility technology initiatives for electric and gas operations.
• Coordinate end-to-end deployments of mobile apps and workforce platforms.
• Align stakeholders on mobility roadmap, priorities, and milestones.
• Manage integration with work management, GIS, and asset systems.
• Drive change management for frontline workers and contractors.
• Oversee timelines, risks, dependencies, and vendor relations.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and operational compliance.
• Monitor delivery performance and report status to leadership.
