TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is a North American leader in trailer maintenance with extensive coverage. We seek a Mobile Trailer Technician to travel to customer sites, perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of trailers.

This hands-on role suits technicians who enjoy problem-solving and working independently in the field. You will work on brake systems, suspension, electrical, and liftgate issues, delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Trailer Technician, Trailer Mechanic, Mobile Mechanic, or Fleet Maintenance Technician.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with welding, brake systems, suspension, and electrical repair.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mobile service calls and complete on-site trailer repairs.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot trailer issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair and replace trailer components including: Brake systems, Suspension systems, Electrical wiring and lighting, Floors, doors, frames, and structural components, Troubleshooting and repairing liftgate issues.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as required.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Manage inventory and parts on service vehicle.
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
