Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Interest in industrial operations, manufacturing, mining, or related environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple aggregate operations to gain exposure to quarry, plant, and production processes.
• Support operational improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• Collect, analyze, and present operational data to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality control, and leadership teams on site-based initiatives.
• Participate in field inspections, project work, and continuous improvement activities across the region.
