TruX Retail Partner seeks a TruFlex Supervisor to provide field leadership for merchandising, remodels, resets, and special projects across multiple retail locations. You will direct team execution, coordinate resources, manage priorities, and ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule while upholding retailer standards and program objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, field operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating teams and overseeing execution across multiple locations.
• Experience interpreting planograms, schematics, layouts, and merchandising standards.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges.
• Ability to make operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop TruFlex team members to ensure quality execution and objective achievement.
• Oversee merchandising, resets, remodels, and special projects across locations.
• Foster a collaborative culture and knowledge-sharing.
• Coordinate project schedules, staffing, workload, and resources.
• Serve as primary field contact for store leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, productivity, safety, and quality, and drive improvements.
• Review project reporting and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret planograms and project instructions to ensure standards are met.
• Lead or support remodels, large-scale resets, store openings, and seasonal transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve field execution and safety.
