Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute store tasks from planograms to signage updates while delivering legendary customer service. You will collaborate with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations and help with merchandise assembly, price changes, and fixture setup.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, read/write/count well, and can work 4+ hour shifts. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and flexible scheduling in a single-store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• High school diploma preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers’ needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
