Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute tasks from planograms to signage, with strong focus on customer service. You will support merchandise and fixture assembly, and help maintain signage while collaborating with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

This role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset, delivering legendary customer service and contributing to a safe, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores using GURA.
