Iberia Foods LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to create eye-catching displays, manage product placement, and keep shelves stocked while driving store presentation. The role requires frequent travel to multiple locations and coordination with store teams to uphold brand standards.

You will train staff on merchandising techniques, use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for promotional materials, and monitor inventory and pricing. Multilingual communication is a plus in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments.
• Experience with planograms and branding guidelines.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute attractive merchandising plans aligned with brand standards and store layouts.
• Stock shelves efficiently and monitor inventory with store management.
• Implement remodeling and interior design updates to optimize store flow.
• Create promotional displays and signage using Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Train staff on merchandising techniques and visual standards across locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure cleanliness, pricing accuracy, and inventory control.
• Manage POS systems and cash handling as part of retail operations.
