Iberia Foods is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to ensure optimal product placement, presentation, and stock levels in retail environments across the Miami area. You will collaborate with store personnel, execute merchandising plans, and help drive sales and brand visibility.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in merchandising/retail or similar customer-facing role.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Execute merchandising plans and displays per company directives.
• Maintain inventory levels and rotate stock for freshness.
• Build relationships with store managers and staff.
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings.
• Ensure Iberia Foods products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Set up promotional materials and POS displays.
• Identify opportunities for incremental sales with sales reps.
• Complete reports including inventory counts and store visits.
• Travel to locations within assigned territory.
