Iberia Foods, founded in 1930, is the largest Caribbean and Hispanic food distributor in the United States. We are seeking a reliable Merchandiser to join our retail merchandising team to develop displays, stock shelves, and ensure product availability across locations.

You will design promotional materials using Photoshop/Illustrator, train store staff, and visit sites to maintain branding standards, pricing accuracy, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Previous supervising experience in retail or merchandising.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for promos.
• Knowledge of planograms and brand standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with POS, pricing, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising plans aligned with brand standards.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, coordinate with store management.
• Implement remodeling and interior design updates to optimize flow.
• Create promotional displays with Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Train staff on merchandising techniques and visual standards.
• Conduct regular store visits for cleanliness, pricing accuracy, inventory control.
• Manage POS systems for cash handling and sales tracking.
