Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, showcasing organization and time management while serving as the face of Hallmark. You will restock, manage inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations, collaborating with store teams.

Benefits include paid training and voluntary medical, dental, and vision coverage. This role requires availability during major holidays and a flexible schedule across 6–12 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and information.
• Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extend hours and days around major holidays to meet seasonal demand.
• Department resets: install and relocate card departments, build fixtures, and reset sections; two weeks' notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers and support others in their territories.
