Job summary

McClatchy Media Company in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple stores on an on-site basis. The role requires travel across the territory, with compensation of $15 per hour including travel time between accounts.

The position is non-exempt and reports to the Supervisor of Merchandising. Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays, and you must carry reliable transportation and use Movista and standard office apps.

Qualifications

General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multitask with attention to detail.
Professional conduct and reliable attendance.
Reliable transportation for travel.
Must use Movista and other required applications.
Must have a personal cell phone and basic computing skills.

Responsibilities

100% merchandising in retail environments following store and corporate standards.
Safely replenish products and assemble displays as needed.
Service assigned stores on schedule and obtain approval for overtime.
Accurately record work hours using designated applications.
Develop relationships with store personnel and communicate with the supervisor.
