Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a store merchandising associate to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate products, and maintain backroom inventory in large-volume grocery accounts. The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, regular travel, and weekend schedules.

Responsibilities include communicating with store managers, building customer relationships, and operating under supervision. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
