Mondelēz International in Brentwood, CA is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store, stocking shelves and executing displays to keep products front and center. You’ll visit multiple stores, build strong relationships with store personnel, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and follow RTM plans.

Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, HS diploma, be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage to various store locations.
• Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and frequent movement of product.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Brentwood, CA; secondary locations listed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules for efficient coverage and support seasonal sales and launches.
• Communicate store insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving product as required.
