Job summary

OLIPOP is hiring a field merchandiser to support key retailer locations across the Denver, Colorado market. This is a 100 percent field-based role and a practical entry point into beverage field sales.

The role requires executing look-of-success standards, driving distribution, and maintaining in-store standards. You will visit stores, document outcomes in the CRM, and report opportunities to sales leadership.

Qualifications

• One or more years of merchandising or field sales experience in beverage, distributor or CPG.
• Large format or natural channel retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily merchandising across assigned accounts following look-of-success standards.
• Drive distribution, shelf standards and key account mandate compliance.
• Ensure product is fully stocked, rotated and correctly placed.
• Build and maintain mandated and incremental displays.
• Complete up to 15 store visits per day, 8am–5pm local time.
• Document execution in the CRM tool and share store-level opportunities with sales leadership.

About the role

The merchandiser makes sure the brand's in-store presence is correct across major retailers, executing look-of-success standards, supporting key account mandates and driving distribution. Performance is measured on voids, percentage of account mandates executed in the CRM tool, and volume growth. The employer states the position covers a short-term business need and is anticipated to end no later than 31 December 2026.

• Complete up to 15 store visits per day, starting at 8am and finishing at 5pm local time.
• Document execution accurately in the CRM tool and share store-level opportunities with sales leadership.

What the employer is looking for

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods and commute up to 30 miles for store visits.

Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, full-time at 40 hours a week, as published by the employer.
