Job summary

Core-Mark, a division of Performance Food Group, seeks a non-managerial Merchandiser to support convenience store partners by implementing displays and maintaining planograms for optimal sales. You will travel daily in a personal vehicle to assigned stores and build strong customer relationships through professional service.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and attention to detail, with competitive pay and day-one benefits, plus mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper insurance.
• Must be able to lift 5-25 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Preferred: 1+ year merchandising/retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily to assigned customer locations using your vehicle.
• Meet with store owners and staff to assess needs and provide merchandising support.
• Place and organize merchandise according to planograms for Core-Mark standards.
• Set up and reset store fixtures, shelves, and displays; remove discontinued products.
• Provide stocking, pricing, shelf facing, product rotation, and routine cleaning.
• Monitor product performance and suggest adjustments to boost sales.
• Maintain site safety and professional customer relations.
