Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a field Merchandiser to support convenience store partners. You will implement product displays, maintain planograms, and ensure locations are merchandised for maximum sales and profitability. Daily vehicle use and strong customer service are essential.

This role requires professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to store partners. Mileage reimbursement is provided, with weekly hours around 25, and a schedule Monday-Friday, no weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance required.
• Ability to lift 5–25 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily to assigned customer locations using your own vehicle.
• Meet store owners and staff to assess needs and deliver merchandising support.
• Place and organize merchandise following planograms to Core-Mark standards.
• Set up and reset fixtures, shelves, and displays; remove outdated products.
• Provide stocking, pricing, shelf-facing, rotation, and cleaning.
• Monitor product performance and suggest changes to boost sales.
• Maintain safe, clean store aisles and build strong customer relationships.
• Accurately complete timesheets and activity logs.
