Job summary

ActionLink in Allen, TX is seeking a hands-on retail merchandising associate to bring stores to life by setting products to planograms, building displays, and delivering engaging in-store experiences. You will lead small teams, install and troubleshoot displays, kiosks, AV systems, and related fixtures, with light construction tasks, while staying organized and moving projects forward.

The role is full-time on-site, with occasional overnights when travel is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or electronics merchandising experience.
• Comfort taking the lead on tasks, helping coordinate team efforts, or stepping up when needed
• Confidence reading and executing planograms
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Flexible availability, including weekends and overnights
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Experience with hand and power tools (must have a cordless drill)
• Ability to obtain power-lift/equipment certification within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Merchandising that stands out by setting products to planograms and creating engaging shopping experiences.
• Lead a team as they install and troubleshoot displays, kiosks, AV systems, and security devices; light construction and fixture setup.
• Travel opportunities by car and plane; stay active throughout the day.
• Document work through photos and videos; report to District Manager; submit same-day updates to keep projects on track and clients informed.
