Job summary

Road Ranger LLC is seeking a Field Merchandiser to drive merchandising standards across all retail locations in Ohio. You will act as the bridge between store teams and the Marketing Department, ensuring planograms, pricing accuracy, and promotional initiatives are implemented.

The role requires strong retail experience, ability to travel to multiple locations, and the capacity to train staff on floor plans and stock replenishment. Proficiency in Word/Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, inventory control and pricing execution.
• Ability to train store management on floor plans and planograms.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• College education preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel to all retail locations, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between retail staff and Marketing.
• Collaborate with store teams on inventory accuracy and stock management.
• Ensure optimal in-stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Support pricing execution with accurate price changes and signage.
• Implement new floor layouts and merchandising fixtures.
• Coordinate and lead store resets to company standards.
• Submit weekly store visit reports with inventory, pricing and compliance updates.
• Assist with merchandising plans for new store openings.
• Perform duties as assigned by senior management.
