Job summary

Sysco in Hawaii seeks a driven Sales Associate for FreshPoint products, focused on promoting offerings, stocking and replenishment, and building relationships with designated accounts to help customers succeed while achieving company sales and profit goals.

Daily duties include managing shelf displays, coordinating with store leadership, ensuring in-store stock, processing orders, and maintaining high standards of customer service and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment on the islands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2 years retail merchandising experience with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer and FreshPoint sales, volume and profit year over year by stocking right items per customer demand.
• Optimize consumer engagement on shelf and manage price changes, tagging and displays.
• Enhance partnership with retailer by visiting store personnel and collaborating with store leadership on displays.
• Oversee ordering of products to ensure adequate stock at store or backstock and arrange credits for damaged products.
• Process orders in customer systems and resolve billing, receiving and scanning issues at the customer level.
