FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Merchandiser to grow sales and optimize in-store presentations within Hawaii. You will stock shelves, manage backstock, and ensure displays meet store plans while maintaining strong retailer relationships through regular store visits.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of merchandising experience. You will handle pricing, tagging, and promotions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
2 years retail merchandising experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.
Proficient with basic Microsoft Office functions.

Responsabilités

Grow customer and FreshPoint sales by stocking items to meet customer demand.
Optimize shelf presentation, price changes, tagging, ads, and shelving while keeping displays clean.
Build and maintain retailer relationships by visiting store staff and managers; collaborate on displays.
Oversee ordering to ensure adequate stock and backstock availability; arrange credit for damaged products.
Input orders in customer systems and resolve billing/scanning issues at the customer level.
