Job summary

Core-Mark, a division of Performance Food Group, is seeking a Merchandiser to support convenience store partners by merchandising displays and maintaining planograms. The role requires daily use of your own vehicle and regional travel with occasional overnight stays.

You will interact with store staff to optimize product placement and sales. We value professional, dependable individuals with strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in merchandising, customer service, convenience, or retail is preferred.
• Reliable personal vehicle meeting company guidelines and a valid driver's license are required.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily to assigned customer locations using your vehicle.
• Travel across PA and OH with occasional trips to WV, MD, DE and NY; overnight stays possible.
• Meet store owners and staff to assess needs and deliver merchandising support.
• Place and organize merchandise following planograms and Core-Mark standards.
• Set up and reset fixtures, shelves and displays; remove outdated products as needed.
• Provide stocking, pricing, shelf-facing, product rotation, and cleaning.
• Monitor product performance and suggest replacements to boost sales.
• Elevate potential account problems to Sales Representatives or Managers.
• Maintain clean aisles and a safe shopping environment.
• Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service.
