Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to perform in-store product merchandising across large-volume accounts. The role involves stocking shelves, rotating stock, setting up displays, and moving products between backrooms and sales floors.

You will work with store personnel and Pepsi management to ensure optimal product presentations. Responsibilities include operating equipment, building customer relationships, following procedures, and maintaining neat backroom stock.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass the physical capabilities test.
• Must have access to a vehicle to reach multiple store locations within shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf locations.
• Use equipment to move products (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Display promotional signs and banners in accounts.
