Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a product merchandising role focused on large-volume grocery accounts. You will stock and rotate products, set up displays, and move goods from storage to the sales floor, interacting with store personnel.

This is physically demanding work requiring lifting and moving cases and following schedules. The position involves merchandising, backroom and shelf stock, and using equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multiple locations within shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building, attentiveness).
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision (self-managed).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
