Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a store merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products in backrooms and on shelves, and transport products between backroom and sales floor. You will use hand trucks and pallet jacks to build displays and set up promotions across multiple accounts.

Role requires physical stamina, reliable attendance, and ability to follow designated routes while delivering excellent customer service to store staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Able to lift 20–45 pounds and perform store merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, routes).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport, attentiveness).
• Operate with minimal supervision.
