Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Chester, SC. This independent contractor role involves store support and project-based merchandising, shaping customer experiences with leading brands.

You will stock, merchandise, execute displays, and build strong store relationships while reporting updates via mobile tools. The position offers a flexible schedule, with varying hours and a market-rate pay of $14–$16 per hour based on experience.

• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting applications.

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotions with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates clearly.
• Manage schedules and store visits to ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
