Hallmark Cards is seeking a Field Merchandiser to work with retail stores in the Tampa area, independently managing product placement and inventory while collaborating with store teams. You will restock, organize, and monitor displays using a handheld device and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

This part-time role offers 8–12 hours per week with flexible scheduling, potential weekend work, and opportunities to learn merchandising technology.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet
• Access to transportation to travel to and between assigned stores

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department using a handheld device; engage store employees professionally to ensure displays.
• Holiday support: accommodate seasonal demand with extended hours and weekend work as needed.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and relocations; two weeks' notice for remodels; may include evenings or weekends.
