Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with local store teams across Florida, optimizing product placement and maintaining inventory. You will be the face of Hallmark, coordinating with store staff to ensure appealing displays and timely restocking.

This role includes seasonal resets and installations, with opportunities to work with other products in stores. Training is provided and benefits are available for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
• Part-time availability with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside stores using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays as needed.
• Department resets: install fixtures, relocate card sections, and participate in remodels with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
