Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and maintain product presentation across multiple retail locations. You will collaborate with store teams, execute promotions, and utilize the company mobile app for reporting.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with travel within a designated region. The role supports peak periods and special projects, with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with a data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area.
