Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and maintain product presentations across assigned retail locations. You will collaborate with store teams, execute promotional setups, and ensure displays meet client guidelines using the company's mobile app.

Candidates should have retail or merchandising experience, be comfortable traveling, and possess a smartphone with data. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must own a smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
