Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support our retail clients by ensuring products are well stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will work with store teams, visit multiple locations within a region, and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods, special projects, or urgent needs.

A mobile device will be used to access assignments and communicate with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Visit stores and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
