Job summary

Quality Brands Distribution is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to manage in-store merchandising, POS upkeep, and shelf management across multiple locations. You will coordinate with sales leaders to ensure planograms are followed and product presentation maintains brand integrity.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, assisting with deliveries, and reporting competitive activity while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must be qualified to operate applicable company vehicles.
• CDL Class A license encouraged but not required.
• Physically able to handle all company products and perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up pre-determined times for dock arrivals and complete daily assignments.
• Maintain clean and functional POS; repair and install POS as directed by Sales/Team Leader.
• Merchandise displays, coolers, walls, windows as instructed by Sales/Team Leader.
• Assist in shelf sets and rotate displays to show older stock first.
• Ensure packaging reflects brand integrity and remove non-compliant packages.
