Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build product displays in assigned accounts. You will support sales consultants in merchandising activities and ensure timely calls, POS placement, and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating displays with customers, maintaining account relationships, and following retailer processes. The role requires a 21+ driver with basic PC skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other software including presentation tools.
• Results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills; sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule.
• Follow merchandising processes for each retailer and comply with supplier requirements.
• Ensure POS materials are placed on shelves and displays.
• Rotate product through organized processes and build/install displays.
• Coordinate timing and location of displays with customer and sales teams.
• Stock shelves and displays to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinate and assist with product resets.
• Establish rapport with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising procedures.
• Support team or sales reps to service accounts and communicate issues or opportunities.
• Develop industry, channel, and brand knowledge on an ongoing basis.
