Amgen seeks a Medical Science Liaison (Cardiovascular Metabolic) covering Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. This field-based role collaborates with cardiometabolic experts and payers to communicate data and economic value aligned with Amgen’s goals.

You will develop local engagement plans, support investigator-initiated studies, train speakers, and work with cross-functional teams to translate science into patient impact while upholding compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years Medical Affairs experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years Medical Affairs experience.

Responsabilités

• Engage with healthcare partners to educate and communicate clinical and economic data to advance the scientific platform in line with Amgen’s goals.
• Educate on clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, and key partners.
• Provide clinical/economic support to payers and formulary committees; share insights with internal teams.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries per MSL compliance standards.
• Develop local engagement plans and support speaker training.
• Lead/co-lead projects supporting MSL strategies and congress activities.
• Assist with investigator-initiated studies and sponsor collaborations.
