Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Commissioning Agent (CxA) with a technical background to verify mechanical systems per design intent and OPR. The role includes testing at all five levels of commissioning per ASHRAE Guideline 0, with significant travel (up to 50-75%) to sites such as South Dallas, Lubbock, Charlotte, Montgomery, Waco, and Shreveport.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent field experience.
• General understanding of all mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Military experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review training documentation and apply it to daily activities.
• Communicate with Clients/Engineers/GCs/Subs/Vendors.
• Learn the Cx process to effectively implement in the field.
• Develop Cx procedures with templates.
• Assist in Cx Schedule development.
• Conduct TAB Verification and data collection.
