MYR Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Mechanic to travel to project sites across Iowa, performing maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment. You will support field teams, uphold safety standards, and provide excellent service to internal customers while potentially advancing within the Fleet Department.

Travel is mainly within Iowa, with possible overnight stays and occasional after-hours responses. Company vehicle, fuel card, and lodging are provided to support travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication with coworkers.

Responsabilités

• Travel frequently to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Identify mechanical problems via visual inspection or diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain service vehicle in a clean, professional condition.
• Track time and materials; complete repair orders and timesheets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
