Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance, preferably with CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, or John Deere.
• Asphalt experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair asphalt plant components.
• Perform skilled mechanical repairs on diesel-powered mobile equipment.
• Utilize cutting torches and welders for field fabrication.
• Execute scheduled PM services and lubrication protocols.
• Conduct oil sampling and pressure testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Perform troubleshooting of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to analyze engine performance.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics for repairs.
• Participate in safety initiatives and inspections.
