• Mechanic Field $21.00 - $27.54 per hour based on education and experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Harvest Season (June-October)
• Responsible for the efficient operation of pea & corn harvesters and other equipment used in our planting and harvesting operations.
• Serve as a Mechanic for field operations. Train other seasonal field employees in the safe, proper, and efficient operation of field equipment
• Preventative Maintenance Season (November-May)
• Overhaul & repair machinery and vehicles used in field operations
• Maintain Lakeside company vehicles

What You’ll Bring:

Should have three to five years experience as a Field Mechanic or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of the operation, preventative maintenance and repair of field equipment would be useful.

• High school diploma or general educational degree (GED) preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Safety mindset
